• Consistent Ceramic Preforms: Ceramic Preforms have been traditionally produced using a batch mixing process. The main disadvantage to this process is the high probability of inconsistencies in the mixing process and manufacturing process. • Versatility of Ceramic Preform Mixes: Ceramic Preforms provided by Century 3+ can disperse fiber clumps; has the capability to mix fibers, particles, and many different binders and fillers. The material can be output as a sheet, die cut, wrapped, squeezed or further extruded allowing continuous processing never seen before in the preform business.
